Booking Terms

Deposit Policy:

  • 50% of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking.
  • 30% of this deposit is non-refundable. i.e. 15% of the total accommodation charges.
  • Rates are subject to change without prior notice.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellation up to 21 days before date of arrival: 70% of the deposit will be refunded.
  • Cancellation within 21 days before the date of arrival, the full deposit will be retained.
  • Cancellation within 7 days before the date of arrival, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
  • If we are able to fill your room only 30% of your deposit will be retained. This applies to all parts of our cancellation policy.
  • In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
